At MTech Gardens, we strive to ensure that every plant and product you receive brings joy to your home or garden. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility

Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns on live plants. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the situation for a possible replacement or refund.

Non-Plant Items: For non-perishable products such as pots, gardening tools, and accessories, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition and unused.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
📸 Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product

Clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.

We will assess your request and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
💸 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🌍 International Orders

For international orders, we currently do not accept returns. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
