Live Plants: Refunds are only provided if the plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or dead. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.

Non-Plant Products (e.g., pots, accessories): Refunds are available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
